Can I Pick Up My Items?
Yes! This is our preferred method of ensuring you get your items. This way we can get to know you a little better and answer any further questions you may have.
Where Do I Pick Up My Items?
We are currently between warehouses so we are located in the NE residential neighbourhood of Whitehorn, specifically 56 Whitaker Close NE.
When Can I Pick Up My Items?
Our designated days and times for pick ups is Tuesday through Thursday 10am-4pm. Can’t make it during those times? Don’t fret! We are happy to work with you, just email us at moc.eunevAsnoitcuA@ofni. We don’t want to mention this but it’s necessary, if you don’t pick up your items or contact us to arrange a pick up or shipping, you will be billed an additional $25 storage fee for every week or portion of a week that you don’t pick up.
AH HA! Your Pick Up Times Changed! What’s Up With That?!
That’s a good question, we used to be an exclusively shipped items auction, but decided that with so many wonderful local people winning items, we’d do pick ups. With that in mind, we’ve had to change our pick up procedures to try and make it more convenient for you, without having to be sitting waiting 24/7. These might change again, so make sure you read the Terms & Conditions when you register for our auctions to get the latest information.
How Do I Preview Items Before Bidding?
We do use stock photos for most of our items that are up for auction. To preview the items in person, you can come by during pick up hours and we’d be happy to show you the item(s) in LIVE 3D (in person). If you can’t make it in person, you can contact us at moc.eunevAsnoitcuA@ofni and we’ll take some photos of the item for your viewing pleasure.
What Method Of Shipping Do We Use?
Whenever possible we use Canada Post, which in the US would equate to USPS. If you wish a different carrier, we can arrange that too. Our Shipping & Handling process is fairly simple, we charge you what it costs us to ship it plus $5 for shipping materials and the time to lovingly pack up your items.
I Live Outside of Calgary, Do I Really Need To Request Shipping?
YES! This is necessary because we can’t read your mind (shocking!), but you may be planning a trip to our fair city or have a friend/family member coming to pick up. For that reason, we don’t want to ship it if we don’t have to.
OH NO! My Payment Was Declined! What Do I Do Now?
First of all, no judgements. We all have a payment method be declined. In your settlement email, there is a link to update your payment information, or you can send us an e-transfer at moc.eunevAsnoitcuA@ofni. Email us so we know that you’re taking care of this so we don’t try to charge you again.
I Was Charged An Administration Fee On My Invoice/Settlement, What Is That?
This is a fee for pick ups only, we charge $2 per item won to a max of $5. This is to offset the cost of having someone available for you to pick up your item(s) at your convenience.
I Have Items That I Want Auctioned, How Do I Arrange That?
We love doing collectibles and other special auctions. Just email us at moc.eunevAsnoitcuA@ofni and we’ll arrange to meet you and go over your items that you would like to consign to our auction.
